T9 Annexes

The Department of Corrections (the Department) is seeking to procure one main Contractor to oversee and facilitate the delivery of approximately 9 Annexes at 4 nominated sites. The initial project is to build two Annexes simultaneously at Tongariro. This main Contractor will either be able to self-deliver the Annexes or bring with them a modern method of construction (MMC) offsite manufacturing (OM) prefabrication partner. Note: the main RFP document and only two Appendixes have been released. The remainder will be released upon supplier pre-qualification as per section 3.2 of the RFP. The RFP Pre-qualifications Response Form and completed NDA should be submitted via email to rebecca.blank@corrections.govt.nz by 4pm 2 June 2026 in order to receive the remaining appendixes (including the design documents) at 9am 3 June 2026 via GETS. Those submitted after 4pm 2 June 2026 will receive the remaining appendixes as soon as practicable after 9am 3 June 2026. All communications should be through GETS.
