Procurement Solutions
This Advance Notice is to inform the market that the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) will shortly be releasing a Registration of Interest [ROI] for Architectural Design Services & Project Management Services. MSD is seeking suitably qualified suppliers appointed to the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel, Architectural Design and Project Management sub-categories. Note that to enable independent validation of design decisions, costs, and programme delivery, the two contracts for Architectural Design OR Project Management service will NOT be awarded to the same supplier. The preferred supplier for each must meet all the mandatory pre-conditions which will be listed in the ROI and will be able to supply services which are delivered in line with the MSD design process and to meet MSD standards such as security and building performance specifications. Interested? What's next? We will be releasing a Registration of Interest [ROI] for these two services by 22 June 2026 via GETS. PLEASE NOTE: This is an Advance Notice and DOES NOT require your response at this stage. This Advance Notice does not constitute a binding obligation on MSD to enter into any legal agreement or to make any purchase.
