Asset Information Systems Management for Transportation and Parks & Open Spaces

P2026-792 – Asset Information Systems Management Technical Support 2026–2029 (Transportation and Parks & Open Spaces) Hastings District Council (HDC) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Asset Information Systems Management Technical Support services. This contract involves the management, operation, and continuous improvement of HDC’s Asset Management Information Systems (AMIS), primarily using Thinkproject’s Asset and Work Manager (AWM) platform. Services include transportation and parks asset data management, system support, data auditing and validation, reporting, and support for asset management processes and decision-making. The Consultant will work in partnership with Council to ensure high-quality, reliable asset information, supporting lifecycle planning, maintenance and renewals programmes, and compliance with national standards such as NZTA and AMDS requirements. KEY DATES Deadline for questions –3pm, 7th July 2026 Tender Close (deadline for Proposals) 3pm, 22nd July 2026 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS • Proposals must be submitted electronically via GETS. • Submissions must follow a two-envelope (two-file) system: • One file for Non-price (technical) submission • One file for Price submission, clearly labelled • The total submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, regardless of the number of files. • HDC’s preference is to receive submissions as a single document per envelope/file unless otherwise specified. • Respondents should allow sufficient time to upload submissions prior to closing. • Proposals must be submitted using the Response Forms and Pricing Templates provided. • Responses must demonstrate capability to deliver complex asset data management, system support, and quality assurance services across transportation and parks assets. • This is an open, competitive tender process.
