Expression of Interest - Integrated Business Planning 2026/029

KiwiRail is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution that will provide a scalable enterprise planning platform to support improved financial and operational planning across the organisation. The initial implementation will focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting and supporting planning processes, as well as demand planning functionality. The selected solution must also demonstrate the capability to support KiwiRail longer-term Integrated Business Planning roadmap, enabling future expansion into aggregate requirements plans for operational planning, long-term network economics modelling, capital planning and other enterprise planning capabilities without requiring a platform replacement.
