Strategic Advisory Partner for the Development of Detailed Business Case

Whakaata Māori invites Proposals from suitably qualified Respondents to become the Strategic Advisory Partner for the development of the Detailed Business Case for the Digital Transformation Programme. The successful Respondent will lead development of the Detailed Business Case in accordance with Treasury Better Business Case methodology and provide the strategic, commercial, financial and implementation planning expertise required to support future Government investment decisions. Whakaata Māori is seeking a Respondent that can work collaboratively as an extension of the programme team while providing the specialist capability required to develop a robust investment proposal and prepare the organisation for the next phase of digital transformation.
