New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking an experienced and capable contractor to deliver HVAC asset replacement projects, including the procurement, secure storage, installation, and commissioning of HVAC equipment. The contractor will require to securely store the procured equipment at its storage facility until installation is undertaken. The replacement works will be carried out within an operational building, requiring careful planning and execution to maintain continuity of service, minimise disruption to building occupants, and reduce operational risk. The contractor must also be capable of responding to emergency chiller failures and, where required, providing an expedited replacement solution to restore services as quickly as possible.
