The Treasury is seeking registrations from suitably qualified practitioners with specialist insolvency and liquidation capability to deliver the formal solvent liquidation of a Crown-owned Schedule 4A company (the company) under the Public Finance Act 1989. Following this ROI, shortlisted respondents may be invited to a controlled Request for Proposal (RFP). The preferred respondent, if appointed as liquidator by Shareholding Ministers, will provide formal liquidation services including taking custody of the company’s assets and records, statutory filings and reporting, creditor processes, resolution or transfer of residual assets and obligations, final reporting and removal from the Companies Register.
