The University of Canterbury has identified approximately 100 ageing external lighting poles that require replacement to maintain a safe and reliable campus lighting network. The project includes the removal and replacement of existing lighting poles and the provision of professional lighting design services to confirm that the replacement lighting complies with applicable standards and meets the University's operational requirements. The successful contractor will also provide advice on opportunities to upgrade the lighting installation where this represents value for money and improves lighting performance, energy efficiency or asset longevity.
