ROI - Registration of Interest - Waikato Water Supply Programme Alliance

Watercare Services Limited (Watercare) is publishing a Registration of Interest for the procurement of design and construction services to undertake the Waikato Water Supply Programme (WWSP). The WWSP comprises a new water treatment plant, approximately 50km of pipeline, a storage reservoir, and ancillary works. This project will require a consortium of a contractor(s) and designer(s) to become Non-Owner Participants in an Alliance with Watercare to deliver the works. An ROI briefing will be held between 10:30am – 11:30am, Friday, 4 September 2026. Participants should refer to section 1.8 of ROI document for information on how to register the ROI briefing.
