Housing Upgrade Programme: The Housing Upgrade Programme (HUP / Programme) is a long term partnership between the Crown and Wellington City Council (Council), established through a Deed of Grant, to renew and improve the Council’s Housing Portfolio so that homes remain warm, dry, safe, and secure. Phase 1 of the Programme (HUP1) is complete. Phase 2 (HUP2) has been approved to proceed and is structured into four tranches to enable a phased and strategic delivery approach. Quantity Surveying Services: This contract opportunity relates to Quantity Surveying Services for the Standalone Houses Upgrades Project (the Project). The Project consists of 57 dwellings that have been categorised as Tranche 3, each requiring like-for-like upgrades.
