Activity Based Costing (Software as a Service)

New Zealand Customs Service is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide a modern, supported Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Activity Based Costing (ABC) solution to replace its existing end-of-life CostPerform system. The proposed solution must support Customs’ critical activity-based costing, cost allocation, and cost-modelling functions, enabling accurate, transparent, and auditable cost recovery processes. The successful supplier will provide a secure, reliable, and sustainable platform that enhances operational resilience, supports business continuity, and enables Customs to meet its accountability and cost recovery obligations, including explaining and justifying costs to Parliament and fee-paying stakeholders.
