Central Otago District Council invites Quotes from suitably qualified consultants to undertake a comprehensive building condition assessment of the Central Stories Museum & Art Gallery building at 21 Centennial Avenue, Alexandra. We require a site-based building condition assessment, including but not limited to: • Non-intrusive observations of the external building • Roof condition assessment using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) • Internal finishes (walls, ceilings, doors, windows, floors) • Fittings and fixtures (e.g. plumbing fixtures) • Electrical components • Fire safety report • Accessibility report • Review and update current asbestos report • Guidance on the Building’s status under current Government earthquake regulations • Quantity Surveyor Estimate-Building Condition Assessment works The full Building Condition Assessment Report is to be completed by the end of February 2027.
