The Dunedin City Council (DCC) requires access to specialist regulatory and technical advisory services to supplement internal capability and capacity across a range of regulatory functions. These services provide additional expertise, technical input, and independent advice to support the delivery of Council's statutory responsibilities, regulatory decision-making, and operational requirements. We are looking to establish a panel of the required skills and providers for up to nine (9) years. The panel will support the delivery of core regulatory and advisory functions across the following areas: • Building Services • Resource Consents • City Development • Advisory Services • Transport Planning The skills required across these areas are: • Engineering Advice for Natural Hazards & Contamination of Soil • Consultant Planners • Acoustic & Vibration Expert • Arborist Advice • Ecologist – Flora & Fauna • Engineering Advice for PIMs/PCONs & LIMs • Economic/Housing & Business Capacity Modelling • Agricultural Consultant Resource Consent Comments & Advice for: • Urban Design • Ecologist/Biodiversity • Heritage • Landscape Architecture • Transport impacts
