P2027-1034 HBRTS Server and Storage Infrastructure Refresh

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) P2027-1034 – HBRTS Server and Storage Infrastructure Refresh Hastings District Council (HDC), on behalf of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Shared Services (HBRTS) partners, invites proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the refresh of the HBRTS server and storage infrastructure. The procurement seeks a supplier capable of providing an integrated solution that includes: • Supply of server, storage and associated infrastructure • Solution design, configuration and implementation • Migration from the existing environment with minimal service disruption • Integration with the HBRTS technology environment • Resilient, secure and scalable infrastructure that supports business continuity • Associated transition, documentation, training, warranty and support services HBRTS is seeking a fit-for-purpose solution that improves performance, resilience, security and scalability, reduces infrastructure risk, and supports the ongoing operational requirements of the participating councils.
