Restoration and Renovation of Lara Hall, Ground and Second Floors, College of Public Health, University of the Philippines Manila 1. The University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), through the GAA FY2025, intends to apply the sum of Sixty- Two Million Eight Hundred Two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and Eleven Centavos (Php62,802,985.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Restoration and Renovation of Lara Hall, Ground and Second Floors, College of Public Health, University of the Philippines Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works required is within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days reckoned from the date of acceptance of Notice to Proceed.
