1) The DPWH – Upper Kalinga District Engineering Office, through the FY 2026 REGULAR INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM intends to apply the sum of PhP5,057,780.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26PK0024 – ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME 1: Ensure Safe and Reliable National Road System: Asset Preservation Program - Construction/Upgrading/Rehabilitation of Drainage along National Roads - Secondary Roads Kalinga-Abra Rd - K0516+690-K0516+693.
