QUANTITY UNIT ITEM/DESCRIPTION I 1.00 UNIT BRAND NEW 3 WHEELED VEHICLE WITH CANOPY (MOTORCYCLE WITH CENTER CAR) 175cc Center Car; Includes (Oil and Maintenance tools) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)------->180,000.00 All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bid Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass”/“fail” criteria. Post Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. Dancalan, Bobon, Northern Samar Post Qualification-----------------------------> June 3, 2026 Approval of Resolution/Issuance of NOA-> June 4, 2026 Contract Preparation and Signing-----------> June 5, 2026 Issuance of Notice to Proceed---------------> June 8, 2026 The Opening of Bids shall be held at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee. Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php. 500.00).
