Republic of the Philippines Province of Cebu MUNICIPALITY OF DAANBANTAYAN Bids and Awards Committee E-mail address: bac.daanbantayan@gmail.com Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Installation of 500 Units Solar Lights in all 20 Barangays of Daanbantayan, Cebu 1) The Municipality of Daanbantayan, through the Financial Assistance (Province of Cebu) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (P 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Installation of 500 Units Solar Lights in all 20 Barangays of Daanbantayan, Cebu with project Identification No. PB-2026-06-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Daanbantayan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Installation of 500 Units Solar Lights in all 20 Barangays of Daanbantayan, Cebu using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required July 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. The award criterion and the manner of bid opening shall be based on the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB).
