Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Bid Opening of Construction of Local Road Network at Brgy Buhatan, Relocation Site, Sor City The Sangguniang Barangay now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for Construction of Local Road Network at Brgy Buhatan, Relocation Site, Sor City The description of the item to be procure is contained in the bids data sheet while the description of the eligible bidder is contained, I Section II of the Instruction to Bidder in the bidding documents. 2. Bidding will be conducted through the competitive public bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in part A of Implementing Rules-A of RA 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act and is restricted to organizations/company with at least 75% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, as specified in RA 5183 and with single contract entered into for the last two years equivalent to 50% of the procurement on hand. Only bids from bidders who passed the eligibility screening will be opened. The process for the eligibility check is described in Section II of the ITB. The bidder with the lowest calculated bid shall advance to the post qualification stage in order to finally determine the responsiveness to the technical and financial requirements of the project. The contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during the post-qualification pr
