INVITATION TO BID FOR Construction of water system and purchase of PE pipes 1)The Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte , through the DOE ER 1-94 Fund-DLF intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for the Construction of water system and purchase of PE pipes. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte now invites bids for Construction of water system and purchase of PE pipes. Completion of the Works is required 25 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 21 - 28, 2026 from the Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall of Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte, and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred pesos (Php 500.00).
