INVITATION TO BID FOR PROPOSED 10-STOREY 48 CLASSROOM 7 WORKSHOP ACADEMIC SCHOOL BUILDING, PAKNAAN, MANDAUE CITY (2026-POWE-013) 1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Trust Fund – Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) by the LGUs - NSBP Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty Nine Million Eight Hundred Forty Six Thousand Sixty Nine Pesos and 97/100 Centavos (Php649,846,069.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed 10-Storey 48 Classroom 7 Workshop Academic School Building, Paknaan, Mandaue City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Proposed 10-Storey 48 Classroom 7 Workshop Academic School Building, Paknaan, Mandaue City. Completion of the Works is required 865 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 02 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
