The Municipality of Balamban, through the SEF – Deped Balamban I & II and COMELEC, intends to apply the sum THREE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 336,900.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OTHER EQUIPMENT (AIR CONDITIONER). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for OTHER EQUIPMENT (AIR CONDITIONER).Delivery of Goods is required 30 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizen or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar right or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. 4.
