REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR VIGAN CITY INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Purchase and Delivery of Anti-Rabies Vaccine (Inactivated) for Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital-Gabriela Silang 1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Trust Fund-Animal Bite intends to apply the sum of PhP3,998,290.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Anti-Rabies Vaccine (Inactivated) for Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital-Gabriela Silang -PGIS-168-2026 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Anti-Rabies Vaccine (Inactivated) for Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital-Gabriela Silang . Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
