The Sangguniang Kabataan of Banjo East, Tanauan City, Batangas through the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) invites Suppliers/Contractors to apply Invites qualified suppliers and service providers to submit quotations for the Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 53.9 of the IRR of RA 9184. Name of Projects: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR LINGGO NG KABATAAN Source of Fund: Brgy.Fund Abc: Php. 100,000.00 The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is PHP 100,000.00, inclusive of all taxes and incidental costs, and quotations exceeding the ABC shall be disqualified. Interested bidders must be PhilGEPS registered and submit the required eligibility documents and price quotation. Bid documents will be made available to eligible Suppliers for insurance on September 15, 2026, from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at Sangguniang Kabataan of Banjo East, Tanauan City upon payment of a non-refundable amount based on the scheduled project cost. The schedule of activities is as follows: Pre-Bid Conference September 15, 2026 Opening of Bids September 17, 2026 Quotations must be submitted to the Barangay BAC, Barangay Banjo East SK, on or before the closing date. The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (LCRQ).
