Procurement of Fourteen (14) Units of Brand-New Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPV)

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FOURTEEN (14) UNITS OF BRAND-NEW MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLES (MPV) 1) The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2026 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 17,925,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fourteen (14) Units of Brand-New Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for Procurement of Fourteen (14) Units of Brand-New Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPV). Delivery of the Goods is required within Forty-Five (45) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
