INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS 1. The City Government of Pasig, intends to procure the Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies - PCCH & PCGH with an Approved Budget for the Contract (“ABC”) of Sixty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (₱66,790.00). The City Government of Pasig now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the above Procurement Project. 3. The procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (“IRR”) of Republic Act No. 12009 (“R.A. No. 12009”). 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Management Office at the address given below during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. 5.
