OFFICE PROJECT NAME AMOUNT SOURCE OF FUND DELIVERY PERIOD 36 OVM-26-AVE-1264 OFFICE OF THE VICE MAYOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT AND OTHERS FOR DESIGNATED CONFERENCE ROOMS AT LEGISLATIVE BUILDING, QUEZON CITY HALL COMPOUND 49,473,188.00 GENERAL FUND 120 CD 1) The QUEZON CITY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT, through the General Fund, Trust Fund and Special Education Fund of various years intends to apply the sums stated above being the ABC to payments under the contract for the above stated projects of contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The QUEZON CITY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT now invites bids for various Projects. Delivery of the Goods is required as stated above. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Pursuant to the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR, the award for project nos. 1-7 and 9-48 shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB), while the award for project no. 8 shall be given to the bidder with the Most Economically Advantageous and Responsive Bid (MEARB).
