INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF MECHANICAL VENTILATOR WITH HUMIDIFIER (SLRGH IB 2026-036) 1. The San Lorenzo Ruiz General Hospital (SLRGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php1,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MECHANICAL VENTILATOR WITH HUMIDIFIER (SLRGH IB 2026-036). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The San Lorenzo Ruiz General Hospital (SLRGH), now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF MECHANICAL VENTILATOR WITH HUMIDIFIER (SLRGH IB 2026-036) with LCRB as award criteria. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
