INVITATION TO BID for PR No. 26081928 – Supply, Delivery, Testing, Calibration, Installation & Commissioning of Hospital Equipment 1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the LDH – Trust Fund (Special Health Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Million Pesos (P130,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 26081928 – Supply, Delivery, Testing, Calibration, Installation & Commissioning of Hospital Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Testing, Calibration, Installation & Commissioning of Hospital Equipment (1 lot Computed Tomography Scanner System at least 128 slices with accessories, electrical, mechanical, and civil works. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
