INVITATION TO BID for PR No. 26091966 – Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies 1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the CNPH – Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies Expenses AB2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos (P5,428,555.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 26091966 – Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies (12,000 pc. Infusion Set Adult/Macroset, needleless & 24 others) for CNPH Pharmacy use. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday to Friday, except Holidays. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on September 25, 2026 – October 20, 2026 at the Provincial Capitol Building, Daet, Camarines Norte up
