INVITATION TO BID for the Construction of Farm to Market Road with Box Culvert, Brgy. Binanuaan, San Nicolas, Talisay, Camarines Norte 1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the 20% Development Fund AB2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Two Thousand One Hundred One Pesos (P5,902,101.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Farm to Market Road with Box Culvert, Brgy. Binanuaan, San Nicolas, Talisay, Camarines Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Concreting of 131.40LM x 4.00m x 0.20m thk road with 128.00sq.m. approach slab; RCBC 4.00m span x 4.00m height x 7.20m width single barrel box culvert. Completion of the Works is required 210 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
