Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF MASBATE Masbate City Invitation to Bid for Concreting of Junction National Road to Sitio Lagadian, Calumpang, Milagros, Masbate 1) The Provincial Government of Masbate, through the 20% General Fund as Approved Budget by the Sanggunian FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (Php29,990,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Junction National Road to Sitio Lagadian, Calumpang, Milagros, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Masbate, now invites bids for Concreting of Junction National Road to Sitio Lagadian, Calumpang, Milagros, Masbate. Completion of the Works is required within 130 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 130 C.D. from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 28, 2026 to October 19, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Twenty-Fiv
