Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF MASBATE Masbate City INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT FIRST RESPONDER SRR VEHICLE WITH BUILT-IN RESCUE SOLUTIONS FOR THE USE OF PDRRMO Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos Only(Php7,495,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit First Responder SRR Vehicle with Built-in Rescue Solutions for the use of PDRRMO (Project I.D. IB-Goods-034-2026) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1) The Provincial Government of Masbate now invites bids for Procurement of One (1) Unit First Responder SRR Vehicle with Built-in Rescue Solutions for the use of PDRRMO (Project I.D. IB-Goods-034-2026) Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
