The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2 OF 2026- (OMAGRI- Purchase of Foliar Fertilizer) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Ᵽ 699,600.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Foliar Fertilizer for Corn Farmers of Cabarroguis, Quirino with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2026-015 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Item No. Unit Item Description Quantity 1 Gallon Soil Conditioner 264 Guaranteed analysis prescribed (N-3.9%, P2O5-3.0%, K2O- 1.10%) and should contain other trace elements like iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), Copper (Cu), Sulfur (D), Manganese (Mn), Molybdenum (Mo), Cobalt (Co), Boron (B), Silica (Sio) and Calcium (Ca) 2. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
