Invitation to Bid Invitation to Bid for Construction of Multi – Purpose Pavement, Brgy. Odiongan, Badiangan, Iloilo 1) The Barangay Odiongan, Badiangan, Iloilo, through its 20% Barangay Development Fund – Supplemental Budget No.1 Series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱617,030.82 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi – Purpose Pavement, Brgy. Odiongan, Badiangan, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Badiangan, Iloilo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
