TPB-ITB NO. 2026-036 Services of an EMC for the Implementation of the PMT Anniversary and Industry Night

1) The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, through the 2026 Approved Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP4,620,000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Services of an Events Management Company for the Implementation of the Philippine Motorcycle Tourism (PMT) Anniversary and Industry Night. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The TPB Philippines, now invites bids for Services of an Events Management Company for the Implementation of the Philippine Motorcycle Tourism (PMT) Anniversary and Industry Night. Delivery of the Goods is required Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
