INVITATION TO BID The Municipality of San Mateo, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors registered with the BAC in the Municipality of San Mateo, to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder listed project. Project Reference No. : 100260901090 Project Name : Procurement of 1-unit Brand New Tractor for farm efficiency and strengthened agricultural development within the Municipality Delivery/Location Site : MAO Office Nursery Road, Brgy. Guitnangbayan 1 Source of Fund : Capital Expenditures Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php1,400,000.00 Period of Contract (Implementation) : 45 calendar days Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 5 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
