SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF OPENING OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD AND CANAL LINING AT CADAKLAN RICE FIELD AT BRGY. DADAP, SOLANO, NUEVA VIZCAYA (SOLANO 145-2026) 1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos (P498,694.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Opening of Farm-to-Market Road and Canal Lining at Cadaklan Rice Field at Brgy. Dadap, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within one hundred twenty-five (125) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
