REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES Bids and Awards Committee for Infrastructure Capitol, Oroquieta City Invitation to Bid for Construction of School Building, Canibungan Proper Elementary School at Canibungan Proper, Tudela, Misamis Occidental 1) The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven and 11/100 Pesos (P7,807,277.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-I-2026-09-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.1 Completion of the Works is required 143 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
