INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CARDIO VASCULAR DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND MACHINES, LOT PROCUREMENT BID NO. 2026-09-09-121 1) The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the CALENDAR YEAR 2026 intends to apply the sum of: PROJECT TITLE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CARDIO VASCULAR DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND MACHINES, LOT PROCUREMENT (LOT 1 & 2) THIRTY MILLION PESOS (PHP 30,000,000.00) LOT I: TWO (2) UNITS HIGH-END CARDIO VASCULAR DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND MACHINE FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 15,000.00) LOT 2: ONE (1) UNIT PREMIUM CARDIO VASCULAR DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND MACHINE FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CARDIO VASCULAR DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND MACHINES, LOT PROCUREMENT using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required by February 26, 2027 or 90 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
