Provision of 50 Kilograms of Rice Assistance to 3,150 Households of Municipality of MADAMBA, Lanao del Sur

1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MADAMBA, LANAO DEL SUR, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites duly qualified and eligible bidders to bid for the hereunder project: No. Quantity (Unit) Description Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) 1 6,300 sacks of 50kg Provision of 50 Kilograms of Rice Assistance PHP 18,900,000.00 to 3,150 Households (50-kg rice per household) 2. The procurement covers the supply and delivery of 50-kilogram rice packs to 3,150 identified beneficiary households, in accordance with the specifications, delivery schedule, and other requirements indicated in the Bidding Documents. The project is funded under the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) – FY 2026, Ministry of Finance and Budget and Management (MFBM), Bangsamoro Government, chargeable against the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro (GAAB), as applicable. 3. The procurement shall be conducted through Competitive Bidding for Goods in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 (the New Government Procurement Act) and its GPPB-approved Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), effective February 25, 2025, as well as all applicable GPPB issuances. This is a single procurement, subject to the applicable LGSF/GAAB program guidelines and the approved APP/PPMP. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders from the BAC Secretariat during working hours, upon payment of the applicable fee, in accordance with the current GPPB guidelines on the sale of bidding documents.
