MUNICIPALITY OF NAGUILIAN PROVINCE OF ISABELA Invitation to Bid for the Improvement of Childrens Park-Tabacalera at Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela 1) The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Naguilian, Isabela through the FY2026 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC))3 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (Php1,018,870.14) (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Childrens Park-Tabacalera at Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LGU Naguilian, Isabela now invites bids for Improvement of Municipal Childrens Park-Tabacalera at Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela Completion of the Works is required 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
