Republic of the Philippines Province of Quezon Municipality of Mauban Barangay Cagsiay -1 INVITATION TO BID The Barangay Cagsiay 1, Mauban, Quezon through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites Request for Quotation for the procurement of: Contract ID : PB-015-2026 Name of Contract : Procurement of Furniture and Fixture Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):1,000,000.00 Source of Fund : General Fund Cost of Bidding Documents : ₱ 5,000.00 1) The Barangay Cagsiay 1, through the Barangay General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (₱1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture and Fixture”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, i.e., April 7, 2021 to April 6, 2026, contracts similar to the Project.
