1. In view of two (2) consecutive failed biddings, the Municipality of San Marcelino, Zambales, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible suppliers, distributors, and contractors to submit proposals for the Procurement of Goods for Supplemental Feeding Program Cycle 16 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱480,500.00). 2.
