Invitation To Bid For the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL OUTDOOR CCTV CAMERAS FOR BARANGAY POBLACION III, ALAMINOS, LAGUNA. The Barangay Government of Barangay Poblacion III, through its Bids And Awards Committee (BAC)intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget fo the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL OUTDOOR CCTV CAMERAS, BARANGAY POBLACION III, ALAMINOS, LAGUNA. 1. With Project Identification Number (PPMP No. 03-2026-002a). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be authomatically rejected at bid opening. 2. Barangay Poblacion III now invites bids for the above-supply and installation project. Completion of the Works required is thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. For the detailed evaluation of the design and build proposals a two-step procedure shall be adopted by the BAC. Only those bids that passed the technical proposals criteria shall be subjected to the second step of evaluation or the opening of financial proposals. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 5, 2026 at Barangay Poblacion III Multi-purpose Hall, Alaminos, Laguna and upon payment for the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPBB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 500.00).
