Republic of the Philippines Province of Batangas Nasugbu, Batangas IB No. 26-44 INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CIVIL WORKS 1. The Municipal Government of Nasugbu, Batangas through 5% LDRRMF CY - 2026, intends to apply the sum of ₱ 3,200,000.00 being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract listed below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening. A. The Municipal Government of Nasugbu, Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184. 4.
