NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) (SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT) RFQ Ref. No.: 030-RFQ-2026 Date: October 2, 2026 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN and its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY- TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS AND 00/100 (P 252,480.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY VEHICLE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE (GARBAGE TRUCK) at MAYOR’S OFFICE, LGU- Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, PRN: 029-RFQ-2026. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Mode of Procurement is Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of R.A. No. 12009. 2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN now invites contractors to submit proposals under the contract for for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY VEHICLE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE (GARBAGE TRUCK) at MAYOR’S OFFICE, LGU- Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental. 3.
