Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The Provincial Government of Camiguin for the REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF BRIDGE APPROACHES AND LINE CANAL AND REHABILITATION/CONCRETING OF ROAD SHOULDER. Completion of the work is required upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
