Description Notice for Negotiated Procurement Local Government Unit of Guinobatan invites eligible Suppliers to Submit Proposals Specific Named Contract Purchase of Auto Supply & Change Oil of Various Government Owned Vehicles of LGU-Guinobatan Albay procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement- Small Value Procurement as an alternative Mode of Procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI- Alternative mode of procurement, Section 53.9- Small Value Procurement, of the IRR of RA No. 12009. Interested suppliers shall submit its quotation together with the mandatory documentary requirements for Negotiated Procurement- Small Value Procurement to the BAC Office, LGU Guinobatan, Albay on or before October 5, 2026, 1:00 pm. The Local Government of Guinobatan Reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any deffect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the LGU Guinobatan, for and in behalf of the project. LGU Guinobatan assumes no responsibility t compensate or indemnity the bidder for any expenses or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of the bid nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
