Invitation to Bid for Construction of Residual Containment Area (RCA), Barangay Jatian, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte 1) The Local Government Unit of Sibuco, through the 22% EDF-2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction Residual Containment Area (RCA) Barangay Jatian, Sibuco,Zamboanga del Norte Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Sibuco now invites bids for, Construction Residual Containment Area (RCA) Barangay Jatian, Sibuco,Zamboanga del Norte. Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
